Founded in the summer of 2013, The Corridor Counts, Inc. (TCC) is a dynamic coalition of community advocates and professionals from various sectors who are united in their commitment to creating positive change in communities of color in Nassau County, including, but not limited to, Hempstead, Roosevelt, Uniondale, Freeport, Lakeview, Westbury, New Cassel, Baldwin, Elmont, and Valley Stream. These communities, despite their significant populations, have long faced systemic neglect and marginalization. We are dedicated to enacting meaningful change that improves life outcomes for all residents in The Corridor. TCC meets every Thursday at 6:30 PM at 556 Peninsula Boulevard in Hempstead, New York!
